Project Description

Rotary Club of Hetauda has provided a wheelchair to Kanchi Maya Thing, a 42-year-old resident of Manahari Rural Municipality 1, Handikhola. It is hoped that the wheelchair that Kanchi Maya Thing received, who was helpless and had difficulty moving due to disability, has gained a new ray of freedom, respect and hope in life. The main objective of this program was to provide easy mobility to people with physical disabilities, increase their self-reliance and ensure active participation in society.

The office bearers and members of Rotary Club of Hetauda were present at the program. This wheelchair distribution program, carried out in accordance with the Rotary Club's main theme of "Service above Self", is a positive step towards covering all sections of society, increasing human sensitivity and building an inclusive society.
