Sewing and entrepreneurship training is being conducted for women and girls, and after the training, the goal is to provide sewing equipment and start a business.

The financial knowledge provided by the trainers of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has been said to play an important role in the economic empowerment of women. The women and girls participating in the training program have expressed their belief that the knowledge gained will make it easier for them to make financial decisions in their daily lives.
