Free dental health camp in school

5th September 2025, A free dental health camp has been organized at Pragati Secondary School located in Lamsure, Hetauda 9, targeting local public health improvement. The dental camp was jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Hetauda, Rotary Club of Birgunj, Rotary Club of Birgunj Metropolis and Pragati Secondary School. Out of the 650 students studying in classes One to Ten, 275 dental patients were identified. Some patients were also treated immediately.

Senior Dentist Dr. Manoj Upadhyay was led by a team of other doctors. Club President Rtn Pramesh Pradhan said that such camps should be organized continuously to create awareness about health in the community. At the conclusion of the program, awareness was provided to the participants on the need to pay attention to dental hygiene, regular check-ups, and diet.
